How can I order if you don't deliver to my location?
We're a very small business and we're only just starting out, so our options are somewhat limited for now. If our current online fulfillment options don't meet your needs, we'd recommend the following:

Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do! We love to work with our customers to deliver the ideal product and experience. Whether you are hoping to purchase a product in a color that better fits your home decor, or you have an idea for something amazing but don't have the skills to do it yourself, we'd love to hear it! Shoot us a message with your ideas and we'll work with you to make it happen.

The product that I'm interested in is out of stock, when will it be available again?
Because of our small size, it can sometimes be hard to keep up with demand. The upside to our size, however, is that we can be very flexible! Please reach out to us directly and we'll get back to you with our production schedule as soon as we can.

Pottery Care
All of our pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe (except anything with gold!) Your pieces may be hot right out of the microwave so use caution when taking it out. Each pottery piece is made by hand so there may be slight variations in size, style, and design.

Textile Care
Most of our textiles are machine wash cold and either hang to dry or tumble dry low. We will have specific instructions for each piece that you can find on the care card we send and in the description of the product. Each piece is made by hand so there may be slight variations in style and design.

Refund policy
All pots, designs, and photography are done by Sarah Sedrick or Annie Carter. While we try to the best of our ability to capture multiple accurate photos of each piece, some variations in color might be present.
Each pottery piece is hand thrown, carved, glazed, and photographed by one person. Each piece won't be "perfect" and shouldn't be compared to a robotically manufactured piece you might get at Target, but seen as a unique HANDmade work of art you can actually use.
Due to the handmade and unique qualities of each pot, returns or replacements of any product cannot be offered, so please consider each purchase carefully.
Functionality of all our work is of utmost importance to us. If you notice a leak, crack, or other defect that affects the functionality of your piece, that wasn't an aesthetic defect pointed out in the pot's description within the week of your pot being delivered, please contact us by going to "Contact Us" in the drop down menu on our website. We will determine the situation based on information provided and will issue a full refund if warranted. -
Shipping policy
We package each piece carefully with re-used and/or recyclable materials whenever possible, and we take extra care to ensure your new pieces arrive safely to their new home.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of each package, as well as its destination. If you have more than one piece in an order, we will consolidate boxes and refund any extra shipping cost.
Orders will be shipped usually within 3 days, but could take longer based on other factors that will be announced as they arise, on the shop’s instagram account.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, I recommend filing a claim immediately. You should keep the damaged item and the box it was shipped in - as sometimes shipping providers require physical evidence before a refund can be issued. If you would like to reorder, please send me an email with all of that information to needleandclayllc@gmail.com.
Currently, shipping is for US only, but we are hoping to expand shipping to Canada soon!
